When a concern requires a hands-on exam, procedure, imaging, or emergency evaluation, Dr. Foroutan will help identify the right in-person next step.

What to know about virtual DPC.
Can Bonsai Health see patients anywhere in Florida?+
Yes. Adult members may receive care from any location in Florida with suitable privacy and internet access. You must be physically present in the state during the visit.
Can Bonsai Health be my primary care physician?+
Yes. Dr. Foroutan can manage many routine adult primary care needs virtually. Physical exams, procedures, vaccines, imaging, emergencies, and some complex concerns require local in-person care.
Does the membership replace insurance?+
No. The $175 monthly membership is not health insurance. You may use insurance for eligible outside costs such as medications, labs, imaging, and specialist services.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+
Same- or next-day virtual appointments are usually available. Emergencies should always be handled through 911 or the nearest emergency department.
