Routine labs
Appropriate lab ordering, interpretation, and review of meaningful trends.
Medication management
Prescription review, routine refills, pharmacy communication, and reasonable prior-authorization support.
Health guidance
Practical support for energy, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and healthy weight.
Care navigation
Guidance on when in-person examination, imaging, urgent evaluation, or outside specialty care is needed.

Telehealth has limits
Some concerns require hands-on examination, testing, or procedures. Dr. Foroutan will recommend in-person care when virtual evaluation is not sufficient.
Treatment follows clinical judgment
Membership does not guarantee any test, referral, medication, or prescription. Decisions are based on medical need and safety.

$175 each month. No initiation fee.
The membership renews monthly and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Payments are non-refundable after services for that billing period begin.

Are visits really unlimited?+
Membership includes unlimited clinically appropriate virtual visits scheduled according to medical need. It does not include emergency response or services that require in-person evaluation.
Can I use my insurance?+
Bonsai Health does not bill insurance for the membership. You may use insurance for eligible medications, labs, imaging, specialist care, and other outside services.
How quickly will I hear back?+
Clinical messages and routine refill requests receive a response within two business days. Same- or next-day appointments are usually available when a visit is needed.
Can telehealth replace every in-person visit?+
No. Physical examinations, procedures, vaccines, certain testing, and emergencies must be handled in person.
How do I cancel?+
The membership is month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Payments are non-refundable once services for that billing period have started.
