Review Pricing & Book a Free Consult: Membership is $175/month if you enroll. Schedule a 15-minute introductory visit using the scheduler below. If you need a same-day appointment, call or text (645) 241-6778 and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Consult Visit: During the consult, I will help determine whether you are a good fit for ADHD management and primary care services with me.

Portal Access: You'll receive a link to the patient portal.

Complete Intake & Schedule: Fill out the required medical history forms in the portal and schedule your comprehensive initial evaluation.

Membership pricing is $175/month
The introductory consult is free, but it is intended for patients who are comfortable with the $175/month membership if they decide to enroll. Medication, lab, imaging, and outside service costs are billed separately.
