$100 for a focused 20–30 minute visit. If you choose to join, this fee will be applied toward your $250 startup fee.

What we can reasonably cover in one consult:

Brief history snapshot and your top 1–2 goals for care
Focused review of current symptoms, medications, and prior diagnoses
Targeted screening tools when helpful
Review of any concise records you share ahead of time
Help determine whether Bonsai Health would be a good fit for your needs
If needed, provide refills for non-controlled medication such as for blood pressure or cholesterol.

What this consult is not meant for:

Ongoing care, stimulant refills, or completion of forms/paperwork
Starting controlled medications (including stimulants) at this visit
Complex multi‑issue management that requires a full intake

If you decide to join, we’ll schedule your comprehensive intake and continue care under the Care Plan that best fits your needs.
